These terms govern your use of IDThisMix at idthismix.com. By using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What IDThisMix does

You give us a link to a DJ mix (YouTube, SoundCloud, or Mixcloud) and we identify the tracks in it using automated audio recognition. Results are machine-generated estimates: they may be incomplete or occasionally wrong, and we don’t guarantee that every track will be identified.

Acceptable use

• Only submit links you are entitled to access.
• Don’t abuse the service — no automated scraping, bulk submission, or attempts to overload or circumvent limits on it.
• Don’t use IDThisMix for any unlawful purpose.

Free tier, credits, and accounts

Your first mix is free. Additional mixes may require credits or payment, on the terms shown at the point of purchase. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your access secure and for activity under it.

Intellectual property

A tracklist — which artist and title played at which time — is factual information. The IDThisMix software, design, and brand are ours. Mix audio, artwork, thumbnails, and any linked content belong to their respective owners; we don’t claim rights over them.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including as to accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDThisMix is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on the accuracy of a tracklist.

Termination

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaches these terms or abuses the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
